This very spacious newly built villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offers you a lot of luxury, but also warmth and coziness! The spacious , tastefully decorated living room with TV with all kinds of world channels (Dutch/German/USA/sports, etc.) and large luxury kitchen have a ceiling of 4 meters high (nice and cool) and a large sliding door through which you can connect outside and inside. The kitchen is fully equipped such as ceramic hob, 2 combi ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker with delicious ice-cold water, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer etc.
All 4 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with a luxury hotel double bed, (in two rooms separable into 2 single beds). duvets and luxury bedding. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, but also with windows with mosquito nets and shutters, during the day a breeze, at night as dark or light as you wish. A spacious closet with plenty of hangers and of course there is a safe for personal valuables. Adjacent to each bedroom is a luxurious bathroom with toilet, rain shower and hair dryer.
Private parking for 2 cars, free internet and both the house and the garden are secured by an alarm system connected to a control room which can also be used in case of medical emergencies. The entire outdoor environment of this new villa is automatically lit in the evening and night. And then the porch! This is extra large, no less than 19 by 5.5 meters, with a wide staircase into the pool. There is a large super deluxe lounge set on the porch where you can spend great hours, a table of 4 meters in length with 10 seats to dine, drink and especially chat about your experiences of the day. In addition, a half-height bar table where you are nicely connected to the swimming pool. On both sides of the private pool you can sunbathe on the luxurious sunbeds. Of course, there is also an outdoor shower here. From both Porch and sun terraces you have a sea view!
In the villa there are plenty of luxury towels and extra large beach sheets as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board that you can use. Of course, a lot of attention is paid to hygiene in the villa. For stays longer than a week, an interim cleaning is mandatory (€ 150), and all bath and bed linen will also be changed. The villa is located within walking distance (500m) of Jan Thiel beach with its famous nightlife, restaurants, shops and beach bars. Mambo beach and Willemstad can be reached within 15 minutes, Hato airport within 20 minutes. With its 65 pristine dive sites, 35 (secluded) beaches, many entertainment venues and rich local cuisine, Curacao offers something for everyone and an unforgettable experience. It is not for nothing that many tourists come back again and again. After all, Curaçao has everything and especially sun all year round! The majority of the island's inhabitants speak Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamentu, a rich indigenous dialect.
This villa on Vista Royal is the perfect base to discover Curacao and enjoy it to the fullest. Jan Thiel is one of the most beautiful and popular areas of the island and is located in the south-east.
