The abundance of blossoms also attracts the beautiful hummingbirds, which fly gracefully in and out of sight. The ambiance and openness of the living room are enhanced by the two sets of French doors, with each pair leading to the expansive porch. From this vantage point, you can enjoy a picturesque scene that includes the gazebo and pool.

Adjacent to the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen. If you walk further behind the kitchen, you will discover the bathroom and bedroom.

In the bedroom, two beautiful box-spring beds decorated with pocket spring mattresses await, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The presence of air conditioning enhances the sleeping experience and ensures optimal comfort. The beds can be arranged as a spacious double bed or as two separate single beds.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you decide to cancel for any reason, you will be obliged to pay us compensation. The amount of this compensation depends on the time of cancellation:
• In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date: 25% of the total rent.
• In case of cancellation up to 2 months before the arrival date: 50% of the total rent.
• In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date: 75% of the total rent.
• In case of cancellation within 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rent.

It is strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
