In a few minutes by car you are on Papagayo, Zanzibar, the beach of Jan Thiel and the many restaurants and supermarket. The center of Willemstad is a 20-minute drive away.
The kitchen is equipped with Miele dishwasher and oven, a Siemens induction hob, an American fridge with water and ice dispenser, Senseo, Nespresso, coffee maker, blender, toaster and others. The spacious porch with shutters has a large 8-person dinner table and a lounge with 55" smart TV with Netflix. The 2 very spacious master bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room en-suite, both with safe and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom are all equipped with air conditioning.
The spacious swimming pool (7.5x4.5m, 1m >  1.8m deep) with very spacious terrace (50m2) in limestone (no burnt feet) is equipped with new sunbeds and lounge set to enjoy and relax.
This house has ample private parking, alarm, 2x safe and separate storage room with washing machine.
The resort has its own marina located on the "Spanish water" for owners, residents and guests with boat (for a fee)
The house is equipped with solar panels and solar water heater. Only families and guests aged 27+ are welcome. Party groups not allowed.
