This lovely residential villa offers a lot of privacy and is located on a hill on the very nice, luxurious and secure Jan Sofat with a fantastic view from the veranda and living room (1st floor) of the Spanish Water and Table Mountain. Only a 5-minute drive to the popular Jan Thiel Beach and around the corner from the Jan Sofat marina. The villa offers a lot of privacy. It has 4 large bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite and 2 share a bathroom. You can also book a Studio (5th bedroom) with a small kitchenette and luxurious bathroom and a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning. So you can book the house for a maximum of 8 or 10 people.
Downstairs in the villa there is a wonderful gym with a cross trainer, a wave and 3 spinning bikes. There are also yoga mats, skipping ropes and weights. In short, all the ingredients are present for a top holiday! :-)
