Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. However, within a short drive you will find yourself on the breathtaking beaches of Curaçao. Both Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach can both be reached within 10 minutes. There are also many good restaurants in our area, such as El Gaucho.

Information about the apartment:

Bedroom: Experience a restful night's sleep in our spacious bedroom, air-conditioned and equipped with a comfortable bed waiting for you.
Facilities for Little Ones: For families with young children, we have a fixed baby cot and a high chair available, so that the little ones can also feel comfortable.
There is a sofa bed in the bedroom if your child no longer sleeps in a cot. You can fold this out into a comfortable 140 CM wide bed.
Living room and kitchen. On the ground floor you have a living room with fan and a small kitchen with Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, stove and oven.
The spacious bathroom has a shower that can be electrically heated.

We have been living on this wonderful island for 11 years with great pleasure. During this time we were able to fully appreciate the island's unique charm and beautiful surroundings. Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (anymore) use the rented object, they remain liable for the full rental price.
