Water and electricity are exclusive and will be charged at the end of the stay according to actual use. We take the meter readings together on arrival and departure so that everything is transparent. Electricity costs 0.55 USD per kWh and water 10 USD per m3.
We ask for a deposit of €100 per week. After the stay, the deposit will be deducted from the actual energy and water consumption. Any remaining amount will of course be refunded.

The entire villa is all yours during the stay, with private parking on site. The villa is easily accessible and has no high stairs at the entrance. For extra comfort, there is a handy laundry room outside.
The location is ideal for discovering Curaçao. Amazonia Restaurant is just a 2-minute drive away and Dona Carmen Restaurant can be reached within 10 minutes. The Aloe Plantation and the Ostrich Farm are about 5 minutes away and for all your groceries the supermarket can be reached in about 12 minutes. The well-known beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach are about a 15-minute drive away, perfect for sunny beach days.
The villa is located in a safe, gated area and offers access to a shared padel court and a mini football field, fun for young and old. Willemstad is about a 25-minute drive away and the airport can be reached in about 35 minutes.
For lovers of nature and adventure, the kite surfing beach at Groot St. Joris is a short drive away. In the area you will also find a motocross club and beautiful mountain bike and hiking trails towards Boca Mangel and Labadera.
