Our mini resort Kaya Verdi consists of three accommodations (suitable for a maximum of 11 people in total). Something for everyone.
- The spacious villa (4 pers) is ideal for small groups or families. Features 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.
- The apartment (4 pers) has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and veranda where you can enjoy the tranquility that the resort has to offer. (See other advertisement).
- The studio (3 pers) is ideal for individuals, couples or small families. The accommodation has 1 bedroom (with single bed) and a living room (with double bed). (See other advertisement)

The mini resort at Kaya Verdi is located in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Cas Grandi near Jan Thiel, Spanish Water, Mambo Beach and Willemstad.
After a thorough renovation in 2024 of the apartments, swimming pool and pool deck, the mini resort consists of 3 independent apartments that are fully equipped;

This apartment (Blenchi) is 80m2 and has a lovely living area and 2 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. The kitchen is modern and contains everything you need.
The covered terrace overlooks a green valley. You can sit there and you have complete privacy. This apartment also has its own driveway and carport.
