Hello! We are Carina and Sander and together with our lovely children Jasmijn and Fedde we experience the beauty of Curaçao. From 2023 we are the proud owners of this beautiful apartment. With a lot of love we have made some changes to make sure everyone has a great stay here. We fell for this apartment because of its ideal location on a resort, surrounded by an enchanting tropical garden, spacious swimming pool and close to hotspots such as Jan Thiel and Mambo.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
