Villa Passaat is located on a cul-de-sac on a hilltop. This guarantees peace and quiet. The Villa has a wonderful view over the Spanish Water and surroundings.
For the early birds you can experience beautiful sunrises from the terrace and in the evening you can see cozy lights from the various boats and the surrounding area. The high location and the nice breeze also ensure that you are virtually free of mosquitoes.
The area is ideal for sports enthusiasts, cycling, hiking, swimming, sailing, surfing, SUPing, diving and/or snorkeling. For the bon vivant: food and parties at Culinary Beach in Jan Thiel. Everything 5 minutes away. The Villa has been extensively converted based on an "open concept" so that enjoying together is the core concept. Furthermore, the Villa has one floor and is easily accessible for all ages. After the first night you will wake up early and feel "at home".
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, it is fine to receive visitors in the villa, but parties that cause nuisance are not appreciated by the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are based on rental of the four bedrooms of the Villa. From 4 or more guests, an additional cleaning fee of € 50,-- (between and final cleaning) will be charged (to be paid to the manager on site in Naf or will be deducted from the deposit). Up to 25 kWh per day is included. Anything above that will be charged afterwards with the refund of the deposit (€ 0.50 per kWh).
