The villa has 3 bedrooms with their own en-suite bathroom. There is also a very spacious 1-bedroom apartment with its own plunge pool.
The villa and apartment are completely furnished in Ibiza style and fully equipped.
The villa is very spacious, with large pocket doors in the living area, so that inside and outside are optimally connected. The luxury kitchen includes 2 American fridges, 2 dishwashers and a large cooking island.
On the porch there is also an outdoor kitchen, including BBQ, in line with the kitchen.
In the living area is a TV area with a large lounge sofa and 75 inch TV.
On the porch is a spacious dining area and a nice lounge area. The beautiful swimming pool fits in perfectly with this. Around the pool are several lounge beds and an outdoor shower.
There is also a separate, very spacious guest toilet by the pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a very spacious master with TV, a walk-in closet and a large, luxurious bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have king-size box springs.
The villa also has a separate laundry and ironing room.
Next to the villa is a luxury apartment with a porch, large garden and plunge pool. In the apartment is a living area with kitchen and a separate spacious bedroom. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, with only local traffic. Jan Thiel Beach is only a 5-minute drive away. On Jan Thiel Beach you can find several beach clubs, restaurants and shops.
In the vicinity there are various recreational opportunities, from hiking to mountain biking and from surfing to diving. The Spanish Water and the famous salt pans are within a 5-minute drive. Guest accessThe house has an electric entrance gate.

- There is a mandatory cleaning every 7 days. The costs are 200 euros.
