This cozy studio is centrally located in Brakkeput Abou. As the name suggests, it is located on a hill and therefore wonderfully situated on the wind.

The studio has been recently renovated and is equipped with a double bed, a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator and a completely new bathroom. The studio has no air conditioning, but due to its location it blows well. Outside there is a private sitting area with dining table and lounge sofa. There is also parking for 1 car within a locked gate.

The apartment is only 7 minutes drive from the beach of Jan Thiel and about 15 minutes from Willemstad. There is a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity.

I've lived on the island for several years now, but have been coming here since a little girl, so I've seen the island grow and expand. Water & Electricity Consumption

We ask you for a deposit of $ 250, - this is to guarantee any damage to the house, but also the consumption of water & electricity is calculated based on the meter readings and settled with this.
The host will take the meter readings with you at check-in and check-out. This information will then be passed on and the remainder of the deposit will of course be returned to you.
Electricity costs about $0.50 per Kwh and water $8.00 per m3.
