Because the residence is situated roughly in the middle of the island it doesn't take long to drive and reach both sides.

Visit some of the beautiful natural beaches such as Cas abou beach, Porto Marie beach or Daaibooi beach (each a 15+ min drive) or go shopping at the biggest mall on the island (15 min drive) it is all available in a short drive.

The accomodation is modern and is located in a friendly residential area.
It consists of a spacious living room including a dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, extra storage room, bathroom, spacious porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher.
There is a home alarm system available that can be armed.
Next to the default 110 volt power outlets, there are several 220 volt power outlets available.

The residence is a single storey building with its own gate and parking space.

Guests have full access to all areas including storage and laundry room containing a washing machine.

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation, your deposit will always be fully refunded.
