A spacious apartment, in the middle of the tropical garden, with lots of privacy and beautiful unobstructed views over the rolling hills of Curacao.

The apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen and a large dining table. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with internet TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a luxury fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment, one on one side and one on the other. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has a double bed and another single bed. Both bedrooms offer sufficient (closet) space for clothes, suitcases, etc

The spacious, luxurious bathroom has a rain shower, bath, double sink and toilet. There is plenty of space for towels. Of course there are soft towels for bath and beach.

In front of the apartment is a large veranda with lounge sofa and lounge chair, wooden dining table and a barbecue. There is plenty of shade and the veranda is wonderfully windy, so that the always blowing trade winds provide cooling. From the veranda there is an unobstructed view of the surroundings and the hills of Curacao. A nice place where you will be entertained by dozens of birds, the iguanas and blissfully relax.

There is a cool box with ice packs that can be taken to the beach.
And not unimportant: the WiFi is excellent!

Since 2011 we have been living and working at and on our beautiful resort Jan Kok Lodges. A beautiful place to enjoy all the beauty that Curacao has to offer. All accommodations are located in the tropical garden with palm trees and colorful flowers and are equipped with everything you need. There is a lot of privacy and every accommodation has a veranda (with BBQ) where you can enjoy beautiful views. The Lodges are centrally located on the island and close to the most beautiful beaches.

* If no use is made of car rental from Jan Kok Lodges, the transfer to and from the airport will be charged separately (€ 80, - round trip for a maximum of 4 people.) If the (free) transfer takes place between 20:00 and 08:00, € 45 will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled by the tenant (accommodation rental and car rental), cancellation costs are due by the tenant. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the agreed arrival date, these costs are 30% of the total costs (minimum Euro 100) and if canceled on or after 8 weeks before the agreed arrival date, or later, the total costs of the agreed rent.
If the stay at Jan Kok Lodges is longer than 25 nights, the costs will be 40% of the total costs if canceled up to 10 weeks before the agreed arrival date and if canceled on or after 10 weeks before the agreed arrival date, or later, the total costs of the agreed rent.
If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed arrival date without further notice, this will be considered as a cancellation. In this case, no refund of the rent or part thereof will be made.
