All outdoor space and the swimming ladder are completely private at your disposal.
Also use the sun terrace at the house. If you stay in the apartment, the house is not in use, so total privacy and use of all outdoor spaces.
The bedrooms have patio doors to the covered porch. You can look at the sea below your apartment. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves.............. and wake up refreshed in the morning after a night in your lovely box spring bed.
The bedrooms are located next to each other on the sea side and are equivalent. The difference is that the second bedroom has two separate box springs that can be set up separately if desired.

Luxurious kitchen-diner with wonderful, spacious dining table, spacious fridge/freezer, combination oven/microwave and dishwasher.

You can take a seat on the sea terrace for a drink or snack.

To relax outside, you can use the swimming pool with relaxing pool deck and the palapa, lovely sun beds, seats and lounge set. Inside you have a fully equipped kitchen with spacious living room. The mural was created by local artist Wendel.
The kitchen has: American fridge with freezer with ice cube dispenser, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, dishwasher, 6-burner gas stove and oven, good practical crockery, cutlery and glasses, as well as pans etc., towels and tea towels, but also potholders, coasters etc.
