In a prime location, in the quiet and safe Grote Berg district, a 10-15 minute drive from the most beautiful beaches and 15 minutes from the center of Willemstad, is our renovated holiday villa (max 6 pers and 1 baby) with a lovely tropical garden and a private swimming pool of no less than 4x8m!
Inside: The nice living room with sliding door to the porch, has a sitting area and small workplace, desk with chair. New kitchen, fully equipped; induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and American fridge with freezer and ice cube dispenser. Spacious utility room with washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: Double box spring (180*200 cm), spacious closet space, air conditioning, private bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in rain shower
Bedroom 2: 2x single box springs (90*200), can be placed as a double bed on request! Furthermore, a closet, air conditioning

Outside: Spacious covered porch with scaffolding wood lounge sofas and 6 person dining table. BBQ (coal) available. There are several sunbeds around the pool to enjoy the sun. The tropical garden itself is fully fenced with plenty of privacy.
Surroundings: Villa Montana is located on a quiet, colorful courtyard in a safe neighborhood. There are several good restaurants 5 minutes away, there is also a small supermarket within walking distance, but there is also plenty to do in the neighborhood itself. In addition to Asian restaurant Bali, there is now also a gym, Kafino is a wine shop where tastings are regularly organized, Shots is a bar where you can also eat, Fish Bar, a hair salon, a dry cleaner, SuperSandwich, a cigar bar and Amazing Cakes! More restaurants and shops can be found a short drive away (10-15 minutes). The Grote Berg district is located a few kilometers west of Willemstad on the Weg naar Westpunt, on this side of the island are all the most beautiful beaches and various nature parks!

- The house is only rented to couples and families. No rental to groups (young people)
- WIFI available (fast enough for "home" working, streaming and video calls)
- 7% tourist tax, paid locally
- Electricity and water consumption are deducted from the deposit, the meter readings are noted on arrival and departure
