Dulsura is located in the beautiful Grote Berg district, just 8 minutes by car from HATO. Very centrally located on Curaçao, both quite close to the center, and close to the beautiful beaches on the west side of Curacao. The villa is located on the outskirts of Grote Berg in a quiet, safe residential area.
The spacious, walled garden has a large private swimming pool and you have complete privacy here.
The Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a wardrobe with large mirror. There are 3 bathrooms with free-hanging toilet, sink and shower with hot water.
Towels, beach towels and other linen are sufficiently available and beach towels are also provided.
At the front of the house is a sitting / living room and a large, spacious kitchen with dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, combi microwave, electric hob (Induction) with extractor hood and high fridge with separate freezer section.
All the necessary cooking utensils and crockery are amply available.
Outside is a large covered porch with a 6-person dining table. From here you look directly at the large private swimming pool (3x7 meters). There is also a spacious lounge set on the Porch.
The porch extends to the pool deck with spacious, comfortable sun loungers and the beautiful swimming pool. The pool has steps, a seat and has a depth of approximately 1.8 meters.
Next to the house is an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off before and after swimming.
A short distance from Grote Berg are white tropical beaches with azure blue sea where you can swim, snorkel and dive.
Willemstad is about a 10-minute drive away. Near Grote Berg there are various takeaway options, eateries and supermarkets where you can buy fresh bread, fruit and other necessities. A pharmacy, gas station and ATM are also nearby.
You can park your car (in the shade) on private, enclosed grounds.
