Welcome to Villa Nisa, our modern and attractive 8-person villa on the quiet and secure Villapark Fontein. Here you will find luxury, comfort and privacy in one of the most beautiful places in Curaçao: Bandabou. Surrounded by idyllic beaches, the green Christoffel Park and authentic villages, this is the place to fall in love with the island.
Built in 2023 on a plot of 836 m² and furnished in detail, Villa Nisa offers you the ultimate holiday feeling. Whether you choose a refreshing morning dip in your private pool, relaxed reading under the palapa or long evenings with a glass of wine on the spacious porch – here you live in the rhythm of Curaçao.
An oasis of peace and experience
Imagine: you wake up to the singing of tropical birds, slide open the doors and step into the garden for a refreshing swim. At the breakfast table under the palapa, you can enjoy the sun slowly rising, while the trade wind provides a cooling breeze. In the evening, the villa transforms into a warm place full of atmosphere thanks to the lighting in the garden and around the pool.

- 4 bedrooms – Spacious, equipped with air conditioning, luxury box-spring beds (180x210) and closet space with mirror.
- 3 bathrooms – 2 of which are ensuite, with spacious shower, toilet, hair dryer and vanity unit.
- Kitchen – Modern open kitchen with American fridge, combination microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine and kettle.
- Living room – Comfortable seating area, smart TV (Chromecast), fan and 220V sockets.
- Covered porch – 32 m² with dining table, hanging chair and garden view.
- Private swimming pool – With sunbeds on the sun terrace and a refreshing outdoor shower.
- Palapa – Atmospheric lounge set, shade and cooling in the middle of the tropical garden.
- Garden & driveway – Tropical planting for privacy and space for 2 cars.

Villa Nisa is located on the west side of Curaçao (Bandabou), known for its quiet beaches, nature and charm.
- 6 min. – Cas Abao Beach (known for clear blue water and snorkeling)
- 9 min. – Playa Porto Mari (beach with double reef, ideal for diving)
- 11 min. – Daaibooi (favorite with locals and perfect for snorkeling)
- 15 min. – Hato Airport
- 20–25 min. – Willemstad, Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel
- 5 min. – Supermarket, pharmacy and gas station in Tera Kora
The west side of Curaçao is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers: an area with character, local eateries and beautiful bays – yet close to the lively city.

We are Niels, Marleen, Nina and Sam, a family that has taken Curaçao to its heart. The smiles of the people, the tropical nature and the azure blue sea made this island a second home for us. In 2021 we realized Villa Nisa: a house that lives with the island and where inside and outside merge. We are happy to share this place with you – with personal service, comfort and a warm welcome.
