Welcome to Villa Moreno, our newest addition to the secure and beloved Villapark Fontein in Bandabou. A stylish, modern holiday villa where comfort, tranquility and the ultimate Caribbean outdoor life come together perfectly.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. In addition, the villa has a separate guest toilet, which provides extra comfort during your stay.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you can sleep cool at night. The spacious open kitchen is a real eye-catcher and equipped with a cooking island, ideal for cooking together and enjoying long, relaxing evenings.
Inside and outside merge seamlessly. Through the large sliding doors you reach the spacious, covered terrace with lounge and dining area. Here you can enjoy the cooling trade wind, a good glass of wine and the view of the tropical surroundings. The private pool completes the picture — perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of the day.
Villapark Fontein is gated and secured, and is a short drive from Curaçao's most beautiful beaches, such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi. In the nearby villages, you will find supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities.
Villa Moreno is the ideal base for families, couples or friends looking for luxury, tranquility and privacy, with all the highlights of Curaçao within easy reach.
Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are marked. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*
At the park and in the vicinity of the newly developed section and the holiday home, construction activities take place at times (not to be estimated in advance).
** Due to construction work at the holiday park, we offer a temporary discount of 25% Valid until 31-12-2027**
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM).
Payment:
A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge.
After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
