Holiday villa Kolibrie is located with lots of privacy in a tropical garden high on a rock in the secure villa park Fontein. The idyllic beaches in the bays of Daaibooi, Porto Marie, Cas Abou and Playa Lagun are a few minutes' drive away.
In May 2025 we received the key, then we did a lot of work and a swimming pool was built. As of December 1, 2025, we started renting it out as a holiday home.
Our tropical villa has an L-shaped living room with open kitchen incl. American fridge with an ice cube unit, two 2-person bedrooms with new air conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable box spring and each with its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, bath towels, towels and kitchen towels are provided. There is also a washing machine, oven and ironing board with iron klasr for you. Inside it is modern, rustic and attractively furnished. On the wall painting by his own hand. Through the two patio doors you enter a large veranda where the large dining room table is under a fixed roof construction. Ideal for a cozy dinner or board game. A gas barbecue is also available at the villa. Make sure that you do not place it under the roof for safety and smoke reasons.
From the pool and garden with the veranda there is almost 180 degrees unobstructed views over land and sea. Due to the high location, there is no view and you can enjoy a lot of privacy and. In the morning the sun rises from behind the villa over the top of the mountain and finally sets in the evening with a beautiful spectacle of colors in front of you in the sea or just behind the hills. Due to its location, the swimming pool has sun all day long, so the water temperature is and remains very pleasant. The various locations in the tropical garden offer plenty of choice to enjoy the outdoors in the shade or in the sun on one of the comfortable seats or sunbeds.
Behind the house is a rinsing area for your diving gear and you can hang the laundry after using the washing machine. There is also a drying rack for indoor use.
The garden is finished with white gravel and along the pool paving as a sun terrace for the sun beds. Around the veranda is a border of plants. On the wall at the entrance is a mural of a red Hummingbird. You can also regularly see this bird in the garden.
In short, a new paradise will be available under the Curaçao sun by the end of 2025.
