We would like to welcome you to our very beautiful and modern Villa Bunita Bista. This beautiful villa is modern and tastefully furnished and fully equipped. We have furnished our villa with care and love and hope that you will experience this too.
The villa is located on the beautiful, green and 24/7 guarded villa park Fontein in Banda Abou (west).
Villapark Fontein is located in a green area near the most beautiful beaches such as Porto Marie, Cas Abou, Karakter. Villa Bunita Bista has a lovely spacious porch with a large swimming pool and a palapa (pool deck 96m2). Lots of privacy, including a slat screen.
Around the house a beautiful garden.
The pool pump runs entirely on solar energy and the entire house is equipped with LED lighting.
Porch (terrace):
On the covered porch there is a dining table with chairs and two lounge chairs. There are also sunbeds to relax by the pool, with an outdoor shower.
At the dining table is a screen that can be opened and closed so that you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner without being overlooked and out of the sun and/or wind.
We provide hammam towels for the lounge sofa and sun loungers.
The pool is about 1.70m deep and has no barrier for small children. Along the entire length of the pool is an elevation where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the pool.
There is a wall around the pool deck which offers the necessary privacy. In the afternoon, the palm trees offer a wonderful (natural) shade.
Palapa:
The large palapa of 3 x 3.5 meters is wonderfully exposed to the wind and has a fantastic view. Underneath the palapa is a lounge set to enjoy in the shade.
Dwelling:
The villa has a living room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom has a single box spring), 2 bathrooms including toilet, a laundry room (with washing machine and dishwasher) and a storage room.
Free WiFi/internet is available. The villa is detached and has a large spacious garden.
The entire house is equipped with shutter windows including mosquito nets.
Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms have a good double box spring (180x200). The 3rd bedroom has a single box spring. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito net and plenty of closet space. So fully equipped.
Living room:
The living room is tastefully decorated. There is a 2-seater sofa, armchair and coffee table.
A TV cabinet with smart TV where you can watch TV via the internet or Netflix (via your own account).
The living room is equipped with atmospheric (LED) lighting. Which also invites you to spend an evening on the couch watching TV.
Kitchen:
The living room is connected to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer (water and ice cube function), microwave, 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker/Senseo, kettle and hand blender. Crockery, pans and cutlery are sufficiently available.
Remaining:
You can also make use of a hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron/ironing board and a safe.
For the beach you can use the cool box with ice packs. On the porch you can use the BBQ (gas). The house is equipped with 220V connections. Hot water comes from a boiler.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. No beach towels.
It is recommended to rent a car during your stay. Willemstad is about 20 minutes away. in the town of Tera Kora, 5 minutes from the park, there is a supermarket (New California) and a bakery where the first groceries are available. There is also the pharmacy, general practitioner, gas station and an ATM. The beautiful beaches where you can enjoy diving and snorkeling are a very short distance away. Cas Abao, Playa Porto Mari, Daaibooi and the beach of Karakter are only a 10-minute drive away. Hato airport is a 20-minute drive away.
