ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as published on our (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) and included with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge.
After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
