Instead of a traditional living room, the villa is smart and airy, completely in keeping with the relaxed outdoor life on Curaçao. The spacious porch really forms the heart of the house: a wonderful place to have breakfast together, to dine for a long time or just to sit comfortably with a view and a cooling breeze.
The open kitchen with cozy bar and bar stools connects inside and outside in a playful way and gives the villa its own, relaxed atmosphere. It is precisely this surprising set-up that makes Kas Kibrahacha so much fun: compact, attractive and fully equipped for enjoyment.
Outside you will find a nice, well-kept garden with private swimming pool, sunbeds and an attractive palapa with lounge area. Here you mainly live outside, just as a stay on Curaçao is meant to be. Thanks to its location on Fontein, you will also stay in a quiet location, close to the most beautiful beaches of Banda Abou, such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi.

Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are marked. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as sent with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge. After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
- From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
