We would like to welcome you to our holiday home Casa Kontentu. The house is located on Villa Park Fontein, a small-scale 24/7 guarded resort. Villapark Fontein is located on the quiet part of Curaçao and close to the most beautiful beaches, nice sights and several good restaurants.
Casa Kontentu
The house with private pool and a lovely spacious porch has a living area of 120m2. The house was built in May 2015 and equipped with all comforts.
The house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. 2 cars can be parked in the driveway.
WIFI and 220 Volt sockets are available.
In the garden there is a large palapa with a lounge set and a hammock where you can relax. The swimming pool is 6x3 m and provides a wonderful cooling.
Location
Casa Kontentu is located on a quiet resort (Villapark Fontein) with 24 hour security. This is in the middle of the island in the most beautiful area in terms of flora and fauna. Close by are the beautiful beaches of Cas Abou, Porto Marie, Daaibooi, Santa Cruz (blue room) and Lagun. The beaches of Grote and Kleine Knip are also not far away. The park Hofi Mango with its newly opened zipline is close to Villapark Fontein. For discovering nature, both the Christoffel Mountain and the Shete Boka Nature Park are nearby.
Living room
The spacious living room has a sofa, 2 beautiful relax chairs, coffee table, TV cabinet, dresser and display cabinet. With your laptop, tablet, or smartphone, you can watch TV via the internet. The ceiling fan provides pleasant cooling.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances such as a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and microwave. There is also a Senseo, Nespresso, sandwich maker and kettle. Of course, crockery, cutlery, pans are available in abundance.
Bedrooms
The house has 3 bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds. The 2 largest bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes in which you can easily store all your belongings. The 3rd bedroom has a chest of drawers. There is also a camping cot and high chair available. The bedrooms are equipped with a good air conditioning system.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms have a hot water shower and a toilet. You can store your own toiletries in the bathroom furniture.
Porch
The spacious porch has a nice dining table with 6 chairs. From the porch you look out on the pool and you can hear the sugar quits singing. There is also a BBQ here.
Salvage
In the storage room are the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and other useful necessities.
Garden
The house has a large garden with plants from the island such as beautiful palms, a beautiful bougainvillea, Aloe Vera, Agave and cacti. Because the garden is beautifully overgrown, you have a lot of privacy overall.
Environment
At 5 minutes by car there is a bakery, small supermarket, ATM and gas station. Local snacks and chip shops can also be reached within 5 minutes.
Within 10 minutes from the resort you are at the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao; Cas Abou, Porto Marie or the free Daaibooi. Beautiful walks are also possible in the Fontein nature reserve. The resort is only accessible through a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
