Villa Famia centrally located on Curacao

Detached and spacious holiday home for 6 people with a nice swimming pool on Curaçao.

The Villa is located in the beautiful and safe residential area of Kashutuin. This neighborhood is characterized by its tranquility, well-maintained homes and virtually no traffic. Here you will not be bothered by the hustle and bustle of tourism or noise pollution from entertainment venues. You can really relax here.

The holiday home is detached with a very large garden of 700m2 with palm trees. Several supermarkets, a launderette, a pharmacy and eateries are a few minutes' drive away.
Curacao is 65 km long, but because we are centrally located on the island you never have to travel long distances. The airport is a fifteen-minute drive away, just like Willemstad.

Some of the most beautiful beaches on Curaçao such as Kokomo, Daaibooi, Porto Mari and Cas Abao can be reached after 10 minutes. There you can dive or snorkel. There are dining options on a number of beaches.
The many cultural attractions such as museums, hiking and nature parks, country houses of Curacao can be visited in a short time.

With facilities such as air conditioning, TV, a swimming pool, and lots of space, we offer everything you need for a pleasant stay.

A spacious living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove with oven, combination microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, a double sink and a large American refrigerator.
From the living room you have access to the three bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. This room also contains an extra cot. High chair is available.
From the living room to the large porch with the pool and garden. Here you have plenty of space around the swimming pool. The porch always has shade. There are sun loungers by the pool and six people can sit at the table on the porch. Of course, a BBQ is not missing.

The house is completely walled and closed from the road, so children can play safely in the large garden.
On the porch we have a lockable storage space where the washing machine and beach/snorkel and play items are located.

You rent the entire house. and you have access to all areas, there is no restriction on the use of bedrooms.
Parking is possible on your own property but also outside the house. There is space for several cars.

Other things to take into account: Additional costs will be charged for electricity (€0.40 kWh) and water (7€/m3). Our manager will take the meter readings with you upon arrival and departure. The costs will be deducted from the deposit (€ 350). The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within two weeks.

We offer a free late check-out on the day of departure! You can use the house until a maximum of 6:00 PM on your last day of vacation. So easy!

In the evening the house and garden are attractively lit. Swimming in the evening is therefore an experience in itself!

We can put you in touch with a reliable car rental company. We experience the price, quality and communication as very good! You can pick up the car at the airport.
