Villa Kolibreeze

Villa Kolibreeze consists of two floors. You enter on the first floor. Here are the living room, kitchen, toilet and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Through the large sliding doors you enter the terrace with a large dining table and two rocking chairs. Here you can enjoy a lot of privacy and a magnificent view of nature and the Caribbean Sea.
The living room is equipped with a lovely sofa, Smart TV and ceiling fan. The kitchen is half open and fully equipped including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.
The master bedroom, with sea view, has a new double box-spring bed and sufficient cupboard space for a Caribbean holiday of several weeks or longer. There is also a Smart TV in this room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Via the stairs inside or the stairs from the terrace you reach the ground floor. Here are two more bedrooms, both with their own ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have a walk-in closet and wonderful new single box-spring beds that you can of course also put next to each other.

Both bedrooms have a sea view, you don't even have to get out of bed for that. Through the French doors you enter the large terrace. Here you will find shady spots, and the private swimming pool, which was completely renovated in 2021, is also located. You have access to 3 lovely sun loungers and an extensive lounge set. From this terrace you can go down another level to the garden. We have chosen many plants with flowers that the hummingbird loves. Wait a few minutes and you will definitely see them!

If you have a rental car, you can park it at the villa. There are two private parking spaces in the front garden.

Villa Kolibreeze is located on Villapark Coral Estate, a beautiful park on Banda Abou. The park has 24-hour surveillance and is close to many popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkeling locations. At Coral Estate Center there is a beach, spa, restaurant Karakter, bakery shop Bread and More, Pizza and More, diving school and Rooftop Terrace Bar Koraal. Villa Park Coral Estate offers a lot of luxury, space, nature and is located on the Caribbean Sea.
