Villa Blue Seresa is a wonderful house to enjoy being outside, in the sun on the beds by the pool or in the shade on the porch or under the palapa with the bbq.
The house has a spacious garden with lots of greenery at both the front and the rear. At the front, from the porch, you have a view over the sea. The porch can be reached through the large living room, with double doors and is completely closed off by a balustrade.
The master bedroom is located at the front of the house and has double doors to the porch. The en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with sink, shower and toilet.
The other two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house and are both equipped with a private bathroom, with sink and shower. Both bedrooms have double doors to the spacious terrace with swimming pool. The semi-open kitchen is also at the back. There is a second toilet in the hall.
The garden behind the house is conveniently located in relation to the wind, which is actually always there and blows from the same direction, so it is also nice when the sun is high and it is really hot. There is a large swimming pool surrounded by plenty of space to relax and for children to play. There is also a hammock to chill out. The large palapa offers a shady spot, where you can have a nice barbecue in the evening.
The house is located on the luxury park Coral Estate. A beautiful park in a quiet area with 24-hour security and close to popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkeling locations. At Coral Estate Centre there is a beach, spa, restaurant Karakter, Koraal rooftop Terrace, a number of shops and a diving school.
