This wing of a sea villa, which has been converted into an independent apartment, is in a very quiet location, right by the sea in the residential area of Cas Abou. Because the house is not in use when the apartment is rented out, you have complete privacy. In addition to the spacious outdoor space of the apartment itself, you can also freely use the entire porch and sun deck of the house.

Not only enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea, but fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea in your ears. Lounging on the side terrace, enjoying a snack and a drink on the sea terrace, watching the sunset on the bench on the edge of the cliff ........ everything completely for you alone.

Want to alternate with some exercise? You walk along your private path to the swimming ladder and descend to the wonderful water for a swim in the sea.
