220 meters above the Adriatic Sea overlooking the island of Krk lies the beautiful village of Donji Zagon with only 150 inhabitants near the town of Novi Vinodolski. At the end of the village, Villa Theresa is located in a 1000m² garden. It is only 6 minutes to the Adriatic Sea and - hard to believe - only an hour, and you can go skiing in Platak, for example.
A HOLIDAY HOME FOR THE WHOLE YEAR
The house consists of two large apartments (78m² each), which you can use separately or together via a shared stairwell. Ideal for large families or if you want to go on holiday with a family friend. Each apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with seating area and a bathroom, as well as a large balcony. Each bedroom has space for 2 people, and there is a sofa bed in each living room. And in the basement there is an extra bedroom. A maximum of 10 people (excluding cots) is therefore possible. There is a heated WHIRLPOOL on the lower terrace and a SAUNA in the basement. In the garden there is a BBQ with dining area. There are three parking spaces for cars on the property's grounds. Work is underway on a charging station for e-cars. And we have a large (9.5x4.5m) heated POOL with countercurrent system.
