If you prefer to spend your vacation in a homely atmosphere, then this large stone house with a swimming pool in the picturesque village of Poljane is just right for you.
It has all the necessary equipment for a very comfortable stay.

It is a beautiful two-storey stone house with plenty of space inside and out to make you feel at home in a quiet rural atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet next to an adjacent forest, which is only a short 15-minute drive from cities like Rijeka or Opatija.
On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a widescreen TV and comfortable sofas. There is also a charming dining room, perfect for family meals and a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island where you can prepare delicious dishes. The household appliances include an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter and espresso coffee machine as well as a kanbe for Turkish coffee, a kettle and a toaster.

Also on this level you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a laundry room with a washing machine for your convenience.

On the upper floor, the skylights in the hall let in plenty of daylight during the day and also illuminate the kitchen on the ground floor through the glass-clad floor. There are three spacious bedrooms (one with its own huge bathroom) and a separate third bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

Outside the ground floor you can relax and enjoy your meals on one of the two verandas, fully equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and even a barbecue.

If you want to cool off, you can take a relaxing swim in the beautiful large pool, which is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many plants and fragrant herbs.

From the property you have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and feel like you are in the wilderness even though the cities of Rijeka and Opatija are so close. You can feel that you are both near the sea and in the shady green nature every day.
Nearby you will find the best wine cellars in Istria and can taste delicious, fresh, regional food. Recharge your batteries and hike on the many trails in the nearby nature park. If you are adventurous, you may also enjoy mountain biking. If you prefer not to go alone, as your host I can offer you a guided tour through many different and interesting nature trails, as I am a very experienced mountain biker and hiker and know the area very well.

The entire house and the large private garden are completely available for you and are not shared with the host - so you have it all to yourself!

The pool and the entire surrounding area are completely protected from unwanted glances. If you prefer naturism, you've come to the right place.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house and also enough parking spaces in the backyard.
