The property is situated on a beautiful hillside, surrounded by a pine forest and offering an exceptional, endless view. The large plot surrounding the house is fully fenced, providing a sense of both security and freedom.
A spacious terrace extends right off the house, boasting an incredible view and the scent of surrounding pines, while also offering great convenience and comfort. Sun loungers can be positioned in the sun or shade at any time of day, and enjoying morning coffee here is a priceless experience for any lover of coffee or similar beverages.
The spacious terrace also features a traditional sauna, nestled right next to its "guardians" -the neighboring pine trees.
To the right of the house, extending directly from the terrace, is a lovely, practical covered area.
Its highlight is undoubtedly the large barbecue station, allowing guests to prepare grilled dishes, meat on a spit, *peka* (traditional bell-shaped roasting lid), and more. The covered area is also equipped with a large refrigerator, kitchen units, and a dartboard, offering plenty of options for enjoyment late into the night!
On the right side of the property, there is a spacious children's play area featuring various play equipment, including a mini zip line!
The property has been fully renovated both inside and out. The interior features a spacious bedroom and a playroom with a PlayStation upstairs, while the ground floor offers a cozy, warm bedroom, a beautifully appointed bathroom, and a highly practical kitchen and dining area. The living room has everything necessary to provide the Guest with a pleasant stay.
In the continuation of the living room, in a separate part of the building, there is an exceptionally decorated and comfortable SPA ZONE with a jacuzzi and a very nice toilet and shower. It provides two exits to the spacious terrace.
