Renovated stone house for 6 people in the center of Istria. The house is located near Žminj, a town in the heart of Istria. Every corner of Istria can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. On the fully fenced property, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, a covered summer kitchen with seating and fireplace, table tennis and several parking spaces.

Villa Stauri for 6 people consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

From the villa you can easily reach the west coast of Istria. Rovinj is definitely worth a visit. You can also easily reach the east coast with the towns of Labin and Rabac. And of course a visit to Motovun, located high on a mountain, is definitely worth it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

We spent a gorgeous week in this wonderful house which offers plenty of space and luxury and lies ideally situated in the middle of Istria. Each coastline can be reached within 30 to 40 minutes and the countryside with its picturesque villages surrounded by extensive woods invites to explore the area. After a busy day out, we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool before dining outside in the well-equipped summerkitchen.
