Villa Fabris is a spacious holiday villa with private pool, located in the quiet village of Kringa, in the heart of Istria. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests and is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking for privacy, comfort and a perfect base from which to explore the entire peninsula.
The large, carefully maintained garden features an impressive 96 m² infinity pool with hydromassage, surrounded by sunbeds. Guests also have access to outdoor fitness equipment, several parking spaces, and plenty of amenities to ensure an active and enjoyable stay.
A covered terrace overlooking the pool is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a large wooden dining table; Ideal for alfresco dinners and social gatherings. Adjacent to the terrace are a modern barbecue area and a lounge area to relax. From the pool level, guests have access to a tastefully decorated tavern with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table – perfect for spending time together. A private sauna and a bathroom are also located on this floor.
The upper floor features a modern living room that is open to the dining area and the kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three more comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring optimal comfort and privacy.
For entertainment and relaxation, guests can use table tennis, table football, darts, a basketball hoop, a trampoline, fitness equipment and a PlayStation console, while wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the private sauna.
Villa Fabris is located in Central Istria, close to numerous cultural and natural attractions.
