The medieval town Svetvinčenat, located in the south of the central part of Istria, is one of Istrian jewels in which the tourist offer has taken on a new life over last several years, especially because of many manifestations which are held in an attractive historical locations of this little town.

House Bijazici is located 200m from the center of Svetvincenat and 13000m from the beach. The nearest beach is located in the medieval town Valle in Istria and it is a pebble stone beach.
The villa is quite modern and newly restored. Outdoors it is offered a big poool, barbecue and dining table.
Inside the villa has 125m2 and it has double rooms with three double beds each. The two extra person can sleep on the sofa couch in the living room. The villa offers also the comfort of having three bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the villa there is wifi and sat tv.Pets are allowed against extra cost.

For a reservation cancelled from 21 to 15 days prior to the beginning date of the service 60% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
For a reservation cancelled from 14 to 8 days prior to the beginning date of the service 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
For a reservation cancelled from 7 to 0 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
