Our house is in Rezanci, town Svetvincenat, a small town in Istria, close to Rovinj and Pula. It is a detached house with private pool. The house can accommodate 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and three different terraces. So you can enjoy any time of day the sun.
Nearby are many attractions, great restaurants, beautiful cycling routes, wine routes and only 20 km from the beach.

We are Samantha and Tom Brouwer, and we are the proud owners of this beautiful home. I, Samantha, was born in Pula, Croatia and we have this house built with love on my grandfather's land and therefore our house bears his name. We enjoy ourselves so much of this home with our kids, we like to share with others.

    Geweldig familiehuis. Gezellig ingericht en lekker ruim. Goed uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes in heel Istrië. De pizzeria in Svetvincenat is goed en goedkoop.
    Bij het huis is het heerlijk toeven op het terras of bij het zwembad. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad!
