Detached bungalow with a beautifully landscaped fenced garden with private driveway and a lovely front and rear terrace with comfortable garden chairs, bbq and lots of privacy. Centrally but quietly located in the village of Valdebek on the outskirts of the historic port city of Pula with its many sights and activities. 8 km from Pula airport. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the terrace with a view of the blooming oleanders and lavender. In the evening, while enjoying a glass of wine and the sound of the crickets, enjoy the beautiful starry sky.

We have good WIFI (fiber optic) and you can listen to your own music via bluetooth on our BOSE speaker.

Various beaches and water sports facilities can be found about 2.5 km from our house. There is plenty to do in Pula and the surrounding area. Various cultural sights and museums, a film festival in the month of July and various concerts with international artists in the Amphitheater (Arena) walk in nature or on the boulevard in Medulin with its various cozy restaurants and terraces. Excursions possible to a.o. Venice, Plitvice Lakes, Brijoni Islands and boat trips from the various ports in the area. the distance to Pula airport is about 8 km.

Hello, we are Nik and Jeannette.
We would like to let other people enjoy our wonderful holiday home Nikola.
The house is quiet but centrally located in a suburb of Pula. Within 10 minutes you are in the city or on the beach. We have a lot of privacy and a beautifully landscaped garden. Neighborhood supermarket within walking distance.
Also delicious in the early and late season. Nice weather but less crowded.

The new bungalow was completed in 2007. The bungalows have three bedrooms, 1 with double bed and two twin beds. A bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink and there is a separate toilet. The third air conditioned bedroom has doors to the rear terrace and own private entrance with a small hall and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave. coffee and tea available. In the spacious living room has a fireplace, sitting area with satellite TV, DVD / HiFi stereo and a dining table with 6 chairs. In the kitchen is a patio door to rear patio with privacy and in the living room doors open onto the covered front of the house. There is a storage room. Bed linen is available in the home. If necessary s.v.p. between self wash. towels and tea towels like yourself.

The bungalow is situated in a residential area of ??the village Valdebek on the outskirts of the town of Pula direction Medulin (8 km). Supermarket and restaurant within walking distance. The distance to the center of Pula is about 2.5 km. Several beautiful beaches are located approximately 2.5 miles from the house.

The bungalow is situated on a plot of 300 m2, most of which consists of stone pathways and terraces. With the (still) small palm tree, olive tree oleanders, vines, rose bushes and other plants we have tried the garden as cozy as possible.
