Very nice apartment in the center of Porec, barely 200 meters from the sea. Located in quiet side street.

The apartment is completely newly built and equipped with Toshiba air conditioning and every comfort. Category is 4 stars (Tourist Board Istria). Suitable for 2 people. 

Entrance hall, living room, luxurious open kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Large private terrace with privacy and equipped with garden furniture.  The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge / freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and everything you need for a nice holiday (cutlery, crockery, pans, glasses,  coffee machine, kettle, salt  and pepper etc). 

In the living room there is a modern comfortable corner sofa and television. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. 

Bed linen and towels are provided.  You can park your car nearby in a closed car park. You will receive a free parking ticket from us for this. 

You will receive a bottle of wine, beer and cold water on arrival, so that your holiday can start right away.
