This villa with private pool on the Istrian peninsula is a wonderful holiday home for up to 6 people in a perfect quiet location close to the Adriatic coast.

The kitchen and living room are located at the rear of the house and give direct access to the terrace and garden with private pool. You can enjoy the peace and the sun on the adjacent covered terrace. There is a robust 6-person dining table and a BBQ on the terrace.

The spacious and modern (living) kitchen has a large dining table and direct contact with the comfortably furnished living room with TV-satellite connection and a cozy wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and offers a spacious workplace for all your cooking skills. The house offers a good WiFi connection both inside and outside.

The three spacious double bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Two bedrooms are situated on the ^1st floor and offer stunning views of the Adriatic sea that you can admire from the adjoining terrace in peace. On the ground floor there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The entire house is equipped with ceiling cooling and underfloor heating, so that this holiday home is kept at a pleasant temperature all year round.

Your car can be safely parked directly in front of the house, behind a lockable gate. There is also a charging point (maximum 3KwH) for an electric car available so that it can be charged at the house.
