The large Mediterranean garden of 3800 m2 extends over several levels and offers a beautiful view of the green hills and the sea in the background.
On one level of the terrace, you can relax on sun loungers in the sun or under an exotic gazebo, and refresh yourself in the inviting swimming pool that also offers the possibility of heating. The pool also features counter-current swimming and hydromassage.
The upper level invites you to a barbecue and gatherings around the table and alfresco dining. The interior of the villa combines modern and traditional with a touch of Mediterranean style.
On the ground floor there is an old renovated tavern where, thanks to the thick stone walls, you can cool off, rest, prepare and enjoy a delicious meal during the hot summer days. This part of the house has a separate entrance, but is also connected from the inside to the rest of the house. It has an interesting toilet.
On the first floor, accessible via an enclosed and covered terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee with sea views, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a spacious living room. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet.
On the second floor there are three comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one large bathroom with shower/bath/toilet. A special place is occupied by a small but comfortable gallery with an armchair that serves for moments of relaxation with a good book or music.
The house is fully air-conditioned with two air conditioners.
The villa offers a relaxing holiday, as well as a large number of activities to make the most of your holiday in comfort and memorability.
The pool can be heated on request (April, May, September, October) at an additional cost of € 20 per day, the temperature depends on the weather.
Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
