Our beautiful villa is fully equipped. The uniqueness of this house is in particular the new condition, the authentic architectural style, the swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful location between the olive trees.

Villa Terra Rossa is cc. 2000m2 of land. The detached house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so you have a lot of privacy and it is wonderfully quiet. Here you have all the space and peace and quiet to enjoy your holiday. Although it is close to the center and the sea (see drone photos). 
Whether you like the sun or shade, there is always a cozy place to be found in the spacious garden.

The house has 3 bedrooms, and a spacious living room combined with an open terrace and kitchen.
The bedrooms have 2 beds, large windows with beautiful wooden shutters, mosquito nets, closets and bedside tables. In the master bedroom there is a patio door leading out to a covered terrace with tables and chairs. 
The entire house has a natural stone floor. In the fully furnished living room there is a spacious double sofa bed. There is also an open kitchen with an adjoining covered terrace with a large dining table for six people. The windows all have retractable mosquito nets. The living room also has a fireplace and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is completely made of natural stone and has 2 sinks, toilet and shower.

In the large garden there is a very luxurious, traditional outdoor kitchen of 35m2 in Istrian style and a large swimming pool of 8.5 x 4. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with all necessities for everyday use. Such as a stone barbeque, pizza wood oven, natural stone dining table and counter top with sink, toaster, dishwasher, blender, gas hob with wok, oven, kettle, refrigerator, DeLonghi coffee machine, small sink to clean fish, for example, cutting boards, glasses, mugs and eating utensils.

In addition to the outdoor kitchen, there is a second toilet and an outdoor shower where you can shower under the sun.

Bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels are provided upon arrival.

Wifi is available and free of charge.

The children will also have fun in the garden. They can swim, play basketball, football, badminton or just relax.

The region fully meets the ideal image of Istria: pleasant weather, picturesque villages, cozy terraces, a relaxed atmosphere and not to forget excellent regional cuisine. The immediate vicinity offers recreational opportunities such as horseback riding, hiking, fishing, cycling, skydiving, windsurfing, snorkeling, mountain biking etc.....

By car you can reach a large supermarket in the village of Medulin within 5 minutes. The airport is 12km away and the beautiful city of Pula is 6km. Flights operated by Ryanair, Eurowings, Transavia, Easy Jet, Croatia Airlines..... fly daily to Pula. If necessary, we can pick you up from the airport. 

Many beaches such as Camp Medulin, Belvedere, Kazela, Kamenjak can also be reached in about 10 minutes.
