The holiday takes place outdoors - the fenced garden of 1000 m² has a designer swimming pool, a large covered terrace and an outdoor stone kitchen with BBQ.
The location is private, yet easily accessible. With a short car ride you can be in Poreč, Novigrad, Tar or even Pula.
Even with twelve people, the villa never feels crowded — everything is very spacious.
Rooms and facilities
The ground floor has a large lounge with TV, a dining room with an oak table that can easily seat 12 people, and a very spacious kitchen that is fully equipped to cook for a large group.
There is also one bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom — handy for grandparents or for anyone who prefers not to use stairs. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet, so that the bathroom remains private for the person sleeping in this room.
Upstairs you will find five bedrooms, spread over three wings. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a double bed that can also be made up as two single beds.
The south-facing room has a private terrace with sea views and its own outdoor staircase. There are also two bathrooms on this floor.
The pool has been recently renovated and has an outdoor shower. The sunbeds can be placed in full sun, or in the shade under a parasol or olive tree.
The washing machine is in the hallway to the basement. The wine cellar itself is built of stone and stays nice and cool all summer long — around the round table it is just as suitable for a wine tasting as for an evening of cards or poker.
