Villa Baldasi 19 is a typical Istrian stone house located on the outskirts of the village of Vizinada, about 18 km from the coastline of Tar-Vabriga and Porec.

The villa is built in a modern style, but with rustic touches. On an enclosed and well-kept property of 1200 m², guests have at their disposal a 34 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue area with dining table, a children's playground, table football, table tennis and 3 covered parking spaces.

The nearest shop, coffee shop and ATM are located in the village of Vizinada, 4 km away, while a pizzeria and a typical tavern are just 3 km from the house. The tourist resort of Lanterna with beautiful beaches is about 15 km from the villa. For cycling enthusiasts, the Parenzana cycling/hiking trail is also nearby.

The villa has 250 square meters of living space that extends over 2 floors and can accommodate 8 people. Through the main entrance of the villa you reach the large living room with access to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and garden, a kitchen with dining table and direct access to a covered terrace with dining table. Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, as well as a bathroom in the hallway with bath/shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and balcony. This bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
