The apartment is located in a small fish village, Fazana.
Except for its fishing tradition Fažana is known for its autochtonous wine and olive oil. In the many local restaurants guests can taste exquisite fish and meat dishes, authentic local food served with the Istrian malvasia, made of an autochtonous variety of grape. Visitors to the Fažana Riviera, aside from the gorgeous beaches, have access to numerous biking routes, golf courses, windsurfing school, local manifestation.

The apartment is located 300m from the center and 300m from the beach.
This is a 109m2 apartment located on the first floor and it is composed of three bedrooms, each of it has a double bed and one foldable sofa bed in the living room.
There is a fully exquipped kitchen,living room and one bathroom with the shower.
Outside on the balcony with the garden table where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The Ac is present in the apartment, as well as the wifi and the tv.

In the backyard you can have a swim in the pool or lie under the sun on the beach chair.
Note: The pool is shared with other apartments.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For fixed confirmed reservations for private accommodation units, the date on which the written cancellation is received (during the Agency’s working hours) represents the basis for the calculation of costs as follows:

for a reservation cancelled up to 30 days prior to the beginning date of the service 15% of the total amount of the reservation and a minimum of 15 Euro if the total amount of the reservation is under 50 Euro will be charged for a reservation cancelled from 29 to 22 days prior to the beginning date of the service 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged for a reservation cancelled from 21 to 15 days prior to the beginning date of the service 60% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged for a reservation cancelled from 14 to 8 days prior to the beginning date of the service 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged for a reservation cancelled from 7 to 0 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
