Waterview Apartments - Apartment Tui

Our (old stone) house has 3 apartments. Apartment Tui has views of the Adriatic Sea and the pool from all windows.

It is a 1 bedroom apartment of about 45 m² with a living room/kitchen, spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is separated from our other apartment  'Fantail' by a large terrace and has its own table/chairs outside.

We have a swimming pool of 5 x 3.5 meters and a terrace with 4 sun loungers. 

Parking is free and we have our own carport and 1 spot per unit.

The apartment is not suitable for 4 adults but fine for 2 adults and 1 child who can either have their own 1 person bed in the bedroom or we make the comfortable sofa as a bed.

The house is in a quiet place about 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach (15 minutes back and some stairs and uphill).

We are Steve and Hermien and we have been living in Mimice, Croatia since December 2018 where we had our first tourist season in 2019 together with son Jesse under the name Waterview Apartments.

Hermien was born and raised in the Netherlands but left the world at a younger age and after years of living in New Zealand wanted to live a little closer to "home".

Steve was born and raised in New Zealander and has a background in managing a power tool shop.

Our prices vary per season and month.

During our low season from November to the end of April you can also stay 1 night. The cleaning fee is then reduced to 15 Euro.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Omis is a town about 15 minutes from us. It is a town with an old core. Possibilities here are river rafting, zipline, canyoning or trips to the islands from this location.
Of course, it has many dining options and beach bars.
Nature park above Makarska at the second highest mountain in Croatia which has had a skywalk with great views over the Adriatic Sea and the islands for a few years now.
The park has stray horses and other livestock.
The Blue Lake and Red Lake are "sinkholes". Imotski is a smaller place which is not so touristy with a small old center with cozy terraces.
There are several things to do in Split. Of course the old palace at the Riva and the old center with its beautiful streets.
Several museums, Marjan Park for walks etc.
