The apartments are located in the old and quieter part of "old" Mimice with beautiful views over the village, the mountains, the Adriatic Sea and the island of Brac.

A shop (Studenac) with bakery, café with pizzaria, tourist office, ATM and post office are within walking distance (400 meters). The beautiful beaches of Mimice are also within walking distance (about 8 minutes there and max 15 back, just a few steps). There are also many beaches in the area accessible by car.
There are several terraces (and sun loungers) where guests can relax and a new swimming pool is available.

The apartments are fully equipped with a small kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator and electric hotplates. A BBQ, WIFI, SAT TV, bath and beach towels and air conditioning are available.
Parking is free.

We have a cooled/heated swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Every year some changes are made so it gets (even) better every year.

We started Waterview Apartments Mimice in 2019 after moving from New Zealand. Hermien and son Jesse are of Dutch descent and partner Steve is New Zealand and were ready for a "life-style change" and that was Croatia after a holiday here.
Mimice is an old village with a lot of art, beautiful beaches and clear clean water and is located between Omiš and Makarska.
We really enjoy receiving Dutch guests and we have already made some nice new friends.
