The apartments are located in the old and quieter part of "old" Mimice with beautiful views over the village, the mountains, the Adriatic Sea and the island of Brac.
A shop (Studenac) with bakery, café with pizzaria, tourist office, ATM and post office are within walking distance (400 meters). The beautiful beaches of Mimice are also within walking distance (about 8 minutes there and max 15 back, just a few steps). There are also many beaches in the area accessible by car.
There are several terraces (and sun loungers) where guests can relax and a new swimming pool is available.
The apartments are fully equipped with a small kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator and electric hotplates. A BBQ, WIFI, SAT TV, bath and beach towels and air conditioning are available.
Parking is free.
We have a cooled/heated swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Every year some changes are made so it gets (even) better every year.
