Our house called kuca-sadele is located in a picturesque village called Najevi. Is one of the many smaller mountain villages that fall under the municipality of Marina.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the village, in the middle of the olive groves.

So you can really enjoy the peace and quiet here.

Apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via external stairs.

Entrance through hall. bathroom, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and loft with double bed.

Balcony with unobstructed views over countryside/mountains.

Garden with canopy for 2 sunbeds, beautiful above-ground swimming pool for wonderful cooling with an outdoor shower that can be closed.

Private parking.

Unique base to visit many tourist attractions, or just go to the beach.

We have a wealth of information that we are happy to share, we have a menu list of real Dalmatian meals, which we are happy to prepare for you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
