Villa Maral has several apartments: 2 studios (S3 and S4), 2 large apartments (A1 and A2) with 2 bedrooms each, a smaller apartment (A5 for 2 adults with 2 children up to approx. 15 years) and a large apartment (A6) on the upper floor with 3 bedrooms. All apartments have air conditioning, are modern and have excellent beds! The three large apartments A 1, A 2 and A 6 each have a dishwasher. Each studio and apartment has its own covered terrace and reasonable privacy. There is also a large middle terrace, partly covered from the sun, with a beautiful view of the sea and the mainland. This terrace is available to everyone. Loading and loading luggage can be done in a private parking space in front of the door. Parking for longer periods of time at 50 m walk.

There is Wifi (Starlink) available and also a large authentic BBQ that is available to everyone. This apartment has access to 3 air conditioners, 1 x in the living room and in 2 bedrooms.
Villa Maral is located 50 m from the water, via a road next to the house you can walk to the beach.
There are several beaches all around. In the small village there are 3 restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a smaller fast food eatery and an ice cream parlor. And of course also a supermarket.
In the summer months, the temperature is fantastic, with a cooling breeze from the sea almost every day in the afternoon.
Brac is easily and cheaply accessible by plane from Amsterdam or Rotterdam (Easyjet-Transavia) or from Germany via Düsseldorf / Köln-Bonn / Dortmund / Frankfurt with Eurowings directly to Split. From there by ferry to Supetar - Brac.
Povlja is quiet and authentic, but a short distance away there is plenty of opportunity for tourist entertainment. And all over the island you can find interesting places, good restaurants and authentic towns.
A day of shopping in Makarska or the city of Split is no problem. You can easily join as a pedestrian in the middle of the city.
But a day trip to Bol with the famous beach Zlatni Rat and then strolling along all the boutiques in the evening is also fun. Ending with a dinner in one of the many restaurants is also something we like to do every year.
Or a day trip by express boat to Dubrovnik or the island of Korcula?
Prefer to go to a Biokova nature park on the slopes behind Makarska?
Or rafting or ziplining in Omis on the Cetina River? Or a day trip by express boat to Dubrovnik or the island of Korcula?
It's all possible, but it could also be that you are so impressed by Povlja and the island of Brac that you stay there for the entire holiday!

TIP: combine a stay with our apartment in Makarska, a busy tourist place with lots of entertainment! Easily and quickly accessible by ferry (8 km drive and 45 min. on the ferry)! Nice to split your stay into a busier and quieter part!
