A traditional Dalmatian house, made of stone, on a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brac, in immediate vicinity of the beach and 950 meters from the center of Povlja.

Three one-bedroom and one studio apartment (cca. 25 m2 each) are on the ground floor of the house.

The maximum capacity of each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to 12 years old.

The third person or two children, sleep on the couch in the living room.

The couch in each of the apartments can be easily converted into spacious bed approx. 1.90 m x 1.20 m.

Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the house, separate entrance, shaded terrace with furniture, a bedroom with a double-bed, a kitchen with dining area and living room in one larger room, as well as bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning, wi-fi internet, satellite TV, safe box, bed linen, towels, pots, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, kitchen towels, cutlery and kettle are standard equipment of each apartment.

Washing machine in the laundry room is available to guests (see LAUNDRY on the floor plan).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking conditions and payment details:

1) For the reservation is required to pay 30% of the total amount, not latter than 24 hrs after host confirmed availability.

2) The remaining amount is paid at least 3 weeks before arrival via Micazu service as well.

Cancelation policy:

1) In regular conditions the guest can cancel his reservation only once, no later than 30 days before planned arrival day. In that case, booking fee payment will not be refunded to guest but transferred for next year holiday in the same duration at no lower price than stated in the voucher. The price of accommodation for the next season will be in accordance with current prices at the time of the new booking, without discount you may have for previous season.

2) In case that situation due to the war in Ukraine escalates or situation due to COVID-19 is so bad that borders are closed and travel is not possible, guest can cancel his reservation anytime before arrival. Same as above under point no.1, booking fee payment will not be refunded to guest but transferred for next year holiday in the same duration in available period chosen by the guest.

Many words have been said already about the beauty of the town Povlja and the island of Brac.

Besides this, the beauty of this „Paradise on earth“ has been described in many books, it has been presented in many art paintings, not to mention that it was captured in countless photos...

"God wanted to perfect his creation and used tears, stars and the breath of the sea to create the island Brac'' – these are the words of a writer, captured a long time by the beauty of this unique, natural and ecologic piece of land in the modern world.

Long beaches, rocky mountains rising out of the sea, hot summers, untouched nature and unique towns and monuments converted many earlier tourists into life-long fans of the island Brac and Povlja.

This probably is the origin of the saying that claims that one visits the island Brac and Povlja by accident only for the first time.

Each following visit is simply the result of the diversity, uniqueness of this island and the hospitality of all its inhabitants...

Only those, who visited this pearl in the Mediterranean will perceive our words as excessive.

But in order to remove any possible doubt into these words, you must come and visit Povlja and the island Brac on your own.

Povlja is located on the north-eastern side of island Brac, in one of the most beautiful bays of the island.

Povlja is a small town, with only three hundred population and the island Brac is surely one of the most beautiful ones on our coast, an untouched pearl of the Adriatic sea.

The majority of islanders in both Povlja and Brac in general are occupied with olives, wines and fishing.

Crystal clear and clean seawater, fresh air, countless bays and long promenades and walking paths along the sea make Povlja an ideal holiday resort for a relaxing vacation on island Brac.

In Povlja are several archaeological sites from ancient times and some valuable buildings from the Middle ages period, like remains of an early Christian basilica from the 05th century, the octagonal baptistery with a dome, parts of the Benedictine monastery and defense towers.

Povlja is surrounded by many bays with different types of beaches and the center of the town also offers safe berth in the little port.

Fishing and production of natural food-stuff represent a guarantee that you will also enjoy the offered food here, whereas the hospitality of your hosts will make your vacation in Povlja an unforgettable one.

For true lovers of nature, we recommend to come to Brac and Povlja in May and June, that is the time when sage and lavender are in full blossom and the entire island is covered by their unique scent.

September and October are also recommended periods of the year because the days are warm, the sea is pleasant to swim and the winter seems so far away.
