Through the large panoramic windows, you can look to the south and west unobstructed into the colourful splendour of the blooming garden down to the shining Lake Arenal. A large covered terrace is directly adjacent and you can stay there all day and watch the buzzing hummingbirds and bright tropical birds, of which there are more than 100 different species here in the garden. On the ground floor of the house there is a guest toilet and also a large master bedroom with bathroom and private access to the terrace. From the bed you have a direct view of the garden and the lake.

A precious wood staircase leads you up to the 1st floor. Another large living area with sofa corner opens here, again with breathtaking views to the south of the garden and lake. A large covered terrace with a view to the south and west of the lake is also connected here. Furthermore, you will find a master bedroom with bathroom and whirlpool and private balcony facing west, in the direction of sunset. Another bedroom with separate bathroom is also on this level.

From the living area you have access to a 60 sqm covered terrace overlooking the garden and lake. From the garden, this roof terrace can also be accessed via a spiral staircase. The precious wood staircase leads you up one floor further into a "tower room". Here you have a view in all four directions and into the tops of the trees.

Various winding paths lead you through the blooming and fragrant garden towards the lake until you arrive at the beach meadow and can use this area exclusively for yourself, be it to linger, swim or kayak.
