Rancho Cantarrana is located in the village of Santa Fe. This village is located in the natural agricultural and dairy farming region of San Carlos. It is a flat area, with views of the central mountain range of Costa Rica and the Arenal Volcano.
The area has a tropical lowland climate.
The Rancho is a 2-acre estate with a lush garden full of tropical flowers and plants where you will be kept company by the many birds.
There are 2 houses: a cottage for the gardener and the villa with private pool. The villa has a covered porch on 4 sides and a pergola at the rear.
It is located 5km from the main route between tourist attractions such as La Fortuna, Arenal, Caño Negro, Río Celeste, thermales, Río Toro waterfall, Poas volcano and many other beautiful places.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, rooms with fans, bed linen and towels.
You can always count on the assistance of the hostess, Hazel, who lives 400m away.

As a Dutch forestry student in Costa Rica I fell in love 30 years ago and then got married there, started working and formed a family.
Because of work and study we moved to the Netherlands a few years ago, but the children grew up between nature and the countryside of the place that we now make available to you. We long to return there ourselves one day, but in the meantime we rent out our house as a holiday spot.

In case of cancellation up to 40 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 40 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
