Apartment with views over Sofia

The spacious apartment is located in the "elite" district of Sofia, Boyanaen is located at the foot of the Vitosha mountain on the 1st floor.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, lounge / dining room, bedroom and toilet with bath and shower. From the bedroom you reach a huge terrace (> 40m2) with a special view over the city of Sofia.

From the hall you have access to living room: spacious with a very large corner sofa, a relaxing armchair and on the wall a large TV with programs via Canal Digital.

Adjacent a large kitchen with sink, lots of cupboards, stove and refrigerator.
Also adjacent are the dining / sitting area with views to the mountain Vitosha.

From the hall also access to the bathroom and the bedroom. In the bathroom is a washing machine at your disposal, a toilet and a bath with shower.

The bedroom is spacious with a large double bed (180X200) with an excellent mattress. A wardrobe closet completes the whole.

From the bedroom you reach the large and covered terrace from where you can look over almost the entire city of Sofia. Especially summer is it very pleasant to stay because a soft breeze is often observable, even when the temperatures in Sofia rise.

Boyana is known for its good air and indeed one sees from Boyana often the smog over the city and one will be glad not to be there. 1 km away the famous Boyana Church. Close by many hiking trails over the mountain, including to the Boyana waterfalls.

There is a good bus connection but we are also for the occasional drop off or pick up somewhere. We can also offer our own rental cars from our own car rental company to our guests at a very attractive rate. Please indicate this with the application.
